2. Establishing Investment Objectives.  We focus on how we can achieve (and exceed) the results you are looking for from the property investment. We ascertain whether you want to manage the property yourself or if you prefer to have a ’hands-off’ investment.

3. The Find.  Using our extensive property database, our network of national agents and carrying out old fashioned, hands-on research we search for appropriate properties and compile a list of possible investment opportunities. We then arrange to view all these properties and after these viewings, we eliminate the ones that are unsuitable. We then produce a document that provides you with 

• details of the short-listed properties.
• SWOT analysis highlighting the strengths and weaknesses of each 
• summary of rental value both historic and present

We will arrange and accompany you on the property viewings from the short list.

4. From Offer to Completion.  Once you are ready to make an offer on a property, we will manage the entire purchase process, from facilitating the negotiation, to arranging surveyors and instructing solicitors. We will even pick up the keys on your behalf on completion.
